What is the ordering process?
- Upload your photo : Choose the image you want to turn into an illustration.
- Choose Dimensions : Select the artwork size that fits your needs.
- Add text, date or element : Personalize your illustration by adding text, a special date or any other element you want.
Once your order is placed, our illustrators begin working on your illustration from the photo provided. This manual process ensures careful attention to detail and a unique artistic rendering.
What happens after the illustration is created?
When your illustration is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then be able to check that the final result is satisfactory to you.
What if I'm not happy with the artwork?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the illustration does not meet your expectations, you have two options:
- Request changes : We will make the necessary adjustments to make the illustration perfect.
- Request a refund : If despite the modifications, the illustration does not satisfy you, we will refund your entire order.
On average, our illustrators take 2-3 business days to create your custom illustration from the photo you provided. Once the illustration is complete, we will send you an email to allow you to validate it.
What happens after my illustration is validated?
Once you confirm that you are happy with the artwork, we will immediately proceed to print and ship your order.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are as follows:
- France : 3 to 5 working days
- Europe : 3 to 7 working days
- World : 3 to 10 working days
Adding the creation time and the delivery times, it takes on average 5 to 8 working days to receive your illustration in France or Europe. This time includes both the time needed to create the illustration and delivery to your address. We strive to offer you a fast and quality service so that you receive your illustration as soon as possible.
We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we make sure your artwork reaches you quickly and in perfect condition.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your artwork to its final destination.
